This Privacy Policy describes how the MorseRun app (“the App”, “we”) handles information when you use it. MorseRun is a Morse code utility that lets you play Morse signals (flashlight, screen, sound, vibration), input Morse by touch, decode blinking lights with your camera, and practice with a built-in quiz.

Summary (TL;DR)

• We do not require an account and do not collect your name, email, or any personal profile.
• The camera is used only on your device to detect blinking light. No photos or video are ever stored or sent anywhere.
• Your settings and quiz statistics stay on your device.
• Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may process device data as a third party. You can purchase ad removal.
• We do not use any analytics or tracking SDK of our own.

1. Information We Collect

Directly by us: none. The App has no sign-up, no account system, and the developer does not operate any server that receives your data.

Stored locally on your device only:

This data never leaves your device except through Android’s standard app backup (see Section 6). Deleting the App (or clearing its storage in Android settings) permanently removes it.

2. Camera

The Decode feature uses your device camera to measure the brightness of the live image and turn blinking light into Morse text. All processing happens entirely on your device, in real time:

• No photos or videos are captured, stored, or transmitted.
• No image data is shared with any third party.
• The camera is active only while the Decode screen is open, and only after you grant the camera permission. You can revoke the permission at any time in Android settings; the rest of the App keeps working.
